I have no piercings or tatoo's & I am on my 5th harley. However on the other side my 04 ultra classic has a wopping 2200 miles & the 02 I had prior had 3100 miles.....so sad I tell ya :)
My complaints with my harley's are
-WAY to expensive for the technology you get
-VERY SLOW - it's so slow you simply cannot speed
-total PITA to keep CLEAN!!! That BMW commercial is SO TRUE...
-gets REALLY HOT in the summer time is stop/go traffic
what I like
-excellent handling at speeds from 1 mph +
-resale is incredible on these, trading up every 2 years costs me $42.00 & they throw all that new ugly chrome crap onto the new bike
-very comfortable for long trips (I know... my last 2 haven't been on any trips but the years past were)
I think a small harley would be fine to learn on, just depends on your abiulity. I took my test on my 850# full dressed ultra classic & got a 100% on the riding part.
If I had to pay normal prices for a harley I would not have one, a used sport bike or BMW would be in my garage however for what we use them for it's hard to beat!
