They should print an article on the Next Generation of Drivers.

The other day I pulled up to the stop light along side a Ford Excursion. Behind the wheel was a 16-17 year old girl with a holding a cell phone to her ear. The image frightened me, an inexperienced driver in a gargantuan vehicle paying little or no attention to driving. Now thats a recipe for disaster.

Then I started noticing about 5 out of 10 drivers of all ages were on cell phones, cruising through intersections. All I know is that if some guy ar gal runs into me while on their cell phone, I am going to be pissed. It's not an "accident" if you are not paying attention, it's "negligent".

Insurance companies and police should take note.
