... Unless your kids are over 14, a pool is a dangerous and deadly thing. The so called safety features frequently do not work. Then to consider debt on top of that makes it just a rediculous item. The real estate bubble is gonna burst, and then you will wish you were no in debt over a pit filled with water.
I am a doctor and I have seen several drownings and near drownings. I am spoiled however as my health club has a pool, and I live just under 3 blocks from the ocean.
