Check with their consumer fraud department. It sounds like they added on the the asking price of the car for the CPO and then kept the cash when they went out of business. Sounds like fraud to me. Saab USA may feel blameless but if their dealer accepted money for them as their agent with the idea that it be passed on to Saab USA the Saab USA may still be liable. I bought a CPO car and never dealt with Saab USA. The dealer handled it all. Saab USA picked the dealer. The dealer sells the CPO program on Saabs behalf. Don't be so nice to them. Also try the local TV station. Chances are that these people are still in business somewhere in your state and they may not like the publicity.
