Presume "Suburban" is the successor of "Gordon" -the dealer that sold you the car- and that you are now attempting to seek some recovery from them. But be prepared that Suburban could disclaim liability on basis that it lacks any privity with the original transaction [e.g., sale of your car] and further that successor liability may not flow as it may have been unaware of your claim at the time they purchased the SAAB business from Gordon.
Best case scenario would be to resolve matter amicably with the dealer. I would give them every chance to settle the case. Also, I would memorialize communications with them with written correspondences sent via certified mail. But as soon as I feel that they are giving me the stonewall will I then institute suit, at which time I would not only sue for compensatory damages [e.g., the cost of CPO] with interests and costs, but also for any punitive or treble damages as may be permitted under statutory consumer protection laws, as the case may be in your jurisdiction.
Keep us apprised of developments. Good luck.
