as the directions indicate. You have probably enflamed the lining, and Vitamin C can do it as easily as something as bland as Cherrios in another person. In the interim, don't eat anything 2 hours before bedtime, if partner is willing, put a couple of 2 by 4's under the legs at the head of your bed and avoid coffee/caffeine for a couple of days.
