Got pulled over today cop says I was doing 61 in a 45. I was in my girlfriends car which is a mazda 6. Of course I dont want to pay the fine so I want to find a way out of it. There are a few missing or incorrect fields on the ticket so I thought I would run it by you guys and see what you thought. I can avoid the ticket going on my record by going to defensive driving class which is 96.00 but I want to try to get the ticket dismissed.
There are several things I will list individually that I see are wrong with the ticket.

1-car make and model is listed as "mazd 4" car is a mazda 6
2- officer didnt fill out the section for sex, height, weight or eye color. was I the one really driving or did someone steal my license???
3-office didnt fill out the section for license type, road condition, lighting condition
4-officer indicated the location of the infraction as coors&eagle actual location is coors&eagle ranch.
5-in the box for officers printed name he printed "kj" and in the box for officers signature he printed "green"...I know that if I didnt sign the ticket I would go to jail but I guess he doesnt have to abide by those rules.

What are my odds. like i said if I cant beat the ticket I can take the driving class to keep it off my record but I would rather beat the ticket completely. I guess I should have mentioned that I do have a Class A commercial drivers license and that is the primary reason for wanting to keep the points off my license at all costs.
