Hey guys!
Im set to graduate from college in less than two weeks. I need a car....my 88 9kt although has relatively low miles is getting tired. Its lasted me since 10th grade....more than i can ask for. Needless to say im in the market for a new (to me) car. I've got some substantial loans from school, but landed a pretty good job and i'll probably boomerang it for a while and live at home with the parents to save up some cash....That is unless my buddy can convince me to get a place in Boston with him...this would be a no-brainer if i wasnt so cheap......

Anyways, what do you think. I know the Bim will be significantly older. I was thinking an M-3, but the amount of money for a car that age/mileage might be tough to justify. i love the interiors on the E-36 3 series. All of the controls arereally driver-centric. I really love the style on a nicely done 3-series as well. I know this is pretty ambiguous too as to the specific 3-series types. Id say between a 325is/328is/M3 and a vigg. The problem is...I've never driven either the bim or the vigg. Another thing that gives me some qualms is that I'd need a tech II for much of the stuff on the viggen. I hear for the E-36 M3 the 95 is where its at...the OBDI is supposedly much nicer to work with/mod...although i wouldnt be that worried about modding an M3...at least until i learned alot more about them.

Anyways....sorry this is so long im tired now and just ramblin'. But I've come here for all sorts of help for the past 6 years so I'm doing it again.
Thanks!!
nikos
