I'm a freshman in college and haven't been traveling much yet but I figured I would share an ironic story with you... April 2002, my father's brother's family was planning on going down to Florida to visit our grandparents. Being shortly after Sept. 11th my aunt would not get on a plane so they loaded up their Camry decided to drive down (from CT). On the way to dropping the dog off they were t-boned at an intersection not yet 20 minutes from home by some guy in a Civic. The car was totaled and my cousin did something crazy to her foot. Anyway, while most of us here drive Saabs which are much safer than '96 Camrys, flying is a much safer alternative... I just bought and set up a video conferencing system for the construction consulting firm I've been working for. I would recommend looking into it if you travel for business and meetings and stuff. Big money and time saver.
