Thanks guys. First, you're right, I meant Riverwoods. Second, I'm driving out in two weeks. I'm going to leave the wife and kids at home (age 3 and 6) and just get a cheap hotel at first. The main problem is I have no idea what the area is like. I realize that it is very expensive, esp. in that area. I don't want to commute far (30 min. or less if possible), so I'll start to look for housing to rent. We do want good schools of course, but since we don't know the area and I don't want two mortgages we plan on renting for a some time. Also, the company has tentative plans to move this coming year, probably a little north, so that also opens up further possibilities.
Thanks everyone for offering to be of further assistance in offering advice, I'm sure I'll be following up on it.
Yeah the market sucks, we just have to be realistic and price our house according (and keep our fingers crossed).
Sorry, but the '92 900 cvt. is non-turbo. And I can't bring these cars b/c our main family cars are a '98 V70R and '03 Aero wagon, it's just that I'm very attached to my '86 900T, but my wife would kill me if I don't get rid of it :(
Thanks,again,
Wes L.
