Tires should be replaced after six years regardless of the amount of remaining tread. Much has been written about this by tire and car manufacturers, and others. Tires age and dry out due to exposure to heat, light, moisture and ozone.
What is Saab's recommendation on this especially with regards to the (never-used) spare tyre?
Thoughts, opinions and any information sources from Saab are appreciated.
