something is amiss other than the amount of water available.
The first suspect is your pump. Do you know how old it is? Pumps can last a long time, but they do die.
Next is the water tank. Does your pump feed your house system directly or supply a water tank that the system draws the water from? If that tank is dying you will have water supply problems that can look like a bad pump or dry well. These tanks typically pressurize the water using a bladder, but age causes the bladder to leak so you get less (or no) pressure.
