Not sure if it would work, but in theory, you need water to break down the clay. If you can't disassemble it, you might try forcing water through from whatever orifice you can, then let it soak in alcohol for awhile.
The alcohol should be able to get to even places even the water can't and should displace it.
Then soak it some 0 weight synthetic motor oil to get into the mechanism.
It won't be as good as grease, but it will be better than no lube at all, plus.
