I used to love my Saab 900's.

But after a while I threw in the towel as there seemed to always be the repair of the week, especially with the transmissions.

If you are financially taking him to the cleaners, or you are awesome with tools, then by all means put 20K on the side for rebuilding the Saab and giving it the attention it will need.

If not, consider forgetting the past ans moving on.

Saab 900's were lightyears ahead of their time, but that time was 20 plus years ago.

I would consider washing your hair of this Saab idea just as you are washing that man right out of your hair.

The past is gone. There is no going back unless you are rich and can afford a total hood to trunk rebuild.

Others will disagree, but I am just being practical.

As a soon to be single woman do you really need to invest the time, the money, and the emotions regarding breakdowns?
