Yet another take on the new 9-5

Wasn't sure if I should post this here or on the 9-5 board but this seems to be where much of the new 9-5 discussions are taking place.
Anyway, I am a former Saab owner (9-3s and a 9-5) and actually left the brand a few years ago because I thought the product line had gotten stale. So, when the new 9-5 finally arrived I wanted to take the opportunity to check it out. Definitely not stale and I think looks better in person than in pictures I've seen.
The one I drove was fully loaded with a loaded price tag (over $56K) to match. Lots of the gadgetry found in other luxury imports which may or may not appeal to some traditional Saab buyers.
Even though there may be benefits to built-in nav systems, I still can't see spending $2,395 (which is actually priced comparably to other manufacturers) when perfectly adequate portable devices are available for much less. The technology package included HUD and a lane departure warning system which for $825 probably isn’t a bad thing to have.
As others have pointed out here and elsewhere, no factory moonroof is available for 2010 but can be added aftermarket.
Overall, it was a lot of car for a lot of money as far as what Saabs have been marketed for in the past decade or so but I imagine Saab will continue with appropriate if not generous incentives to stay competitive and move cars.
Even though my last 9-5 was also an Aero, I'd probably opt for a less expensive, less equipped Turbo4 model coming out for 2011. I'd at least want to try it and see how the 220hp 4 cylinder handles the car. AWD would be nice too but for that you have to get the much pricier Turbo6 or Aero model.
