SAAB's are a lot easier to find in some locales than others. Kinda tough here in NE Indiana. Last year, I ended up getting "my" current ride in Louisville (actually, the one I drove today I found in town, but my son will start driving it next month, when he gets his operators').
For that $, it certainly won't be in GREAT condition. Just try to get as much service history as possible.
If you're planning on paying for maintenance, you should budget maybe $1000/yr (or more) for a car with those miles. Even DIY, you could easily average half that, but maybe luck out with considerably less.
Anything could be replaced at that point, so the more that's already been done, the better.
Serpentine belts are 60k miles for both 4-cyl and V-6. If you look at V-6, the timing belt is also a 60k replacement interval.
good luck
