When I thought about business ethics and morals, my mind was directed to the 2008 Chinese Milk Scandal (wiki link provided) where certain milk and infant formula producers tried to pass off watered down products spiked with melamine (an industrial waste) to fake the lab results for nutritional value. If you can cheapen up milk (that ended up killing babies), you can certainly cheapen up a car part without losing a minute's sleep. That is what troubles me about putting faith in products made there.
