* Saab owner Spyker Cars said on Monday it has reached an agreement with two Chinese firms that will invest $350 million to acquire a controlling interest in Spyker.
* The non-binding deal calls for the creation of manufacturing and distribution joint ventures in China.
* In the latest deal, Youngman Lotus Automobile would invest $195 million for a 29.9 percent stake in Spyker.
