Will it help to tell you that they are seriouly over-hyping this storm? It's a category 1 hurricane (the lowest level) and will only be a tropical storm by the time it hits land. Unless you live on the shore, it will just be a serious rain storm with a bit of wind.

Don't get caught up in the hysteria.
