We had a similar problem with a Netgear router dropping while it was supporting 1 work PC running a 24x7 email support database, 1 WOW gaming PC, 1 Vaio laptop, 1 older centrino duo laptop, a 2010 PS3, 1 iphone, and 1 sprint smartphone and eventually upgraded to a Linksys E1000 which after some tweaking of the router settings resolved the problems.
First I downloaded Heatmapper, a free piece of software from ekahau, and ended up relocating several pieces of equipment on the entertainment center.
Also, just as a curiosity, contact your provider to see if either you or anyone locally in your condo are being throttled.

has occasionally been useful to AT&T customers.
Good Luck!
