Hello,
I would suggest close inspection of off all the grounds. Honda usually has several going from the engine/transmission to the body. I know a gm tech that replaced an engine in a truck that was running fine on the rack. As soon as he lowered the rack away from the frame the engine would quit. He found that if he racked the truck it would run. It ended up being a broken ground strap. The rack was completing the ground when it was touching the frame.
Also I once had a body shop bring me a 97x that was hit hard but ran when brought into them. After they repaired a lot of stuff in the front the fuel pump would not work. I ended up finding the ground cable from the battery had 2 tabs on it. One was to the frame and the second one was to the engine block. The tab connected to the frame was broken off. I replaced the ground cable and it was fine. Good Luck, Bernie at George Riggin Specialty Automotive
