I don't have any serious issues with the Allsatate drivewise program and the way it was presented. I shopped insurance companies extensively last May as the Hartford had raised my home owners over $300 in a single year and I had no claims. So with a combined home and auto policy Allstate savings were $180 annual from the Hartford - this without the drivewise discount. I entered the drivewise program to save even more , but with the report card grading it looks like my discount will be around 3% - not worth keeping the devices so back they will go.
I obtained between 12 and 15 insurance quotes so I believe I did my due diligence.
Insurance is a necessary "evil" I limit my costs by carrying high deductibles and having a good driving record. Don't currently have collision on any of my cars - so I am assuming some level of risk as one is a 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe.
