Figured I'd go ahead and post the adjusting sequence too. Of course This is all predicated on the idea that none of the lifters are collapsed but you'll probably be able to feel that as you tighten the nut the 1/2 turn beyond the "none spinning pushrod" point. You'll also have a noisy lifter once it's running. Sequence is: Set the crankshaft at TDC, compression stroke, cylinder #1 and adjust both rockers there. Then rotate the crank 90 degrees clockwise and adjust the rockers at cylinder #8. Continue to rotate the crank 90 degrees and adjust the rockers each time in order 4,3,6,5,7 and 2 (firing order).
