Just a thought, ask if they have Comcast Business Class and what it costs. My Comcast Business Class which I use for my home office, all my domains and web sites (including Saabnet.com), and for the house Internet, with 5 static IP addresses, and 50Mbps down/10Mps up is $143/month and does not require cable TV. I was logged into my account yesterday too and it says I have cable TV service too, but my bill only lists Internet service... weird.
Their Business Class customer service is way better than their general population customer service too.
