Hello everyone. Monday was a sad day for me as I sold my Saab 9-5 Aero (wagon, 5MT).

I've had a Saab of one flavor or another (sometimes two or thee at a time) continuously for 13 years. Before that, I had a 9000 Aero from 2003-2010 before my wife and I were car-less while we lived overseas. Before that I learned to drive in my brother's '83 900S and I did road trips in my parents' '92 9000S. Before that, I was driven home from the hospital in their '77 99.

So, I've been a Saab guy for much of my life. I'm sure I'll be back, but it was time to let it go, and to get something else for family road trip duty.

It went to a super nice guy in Seattle. He drove it home yesterday. He's re-entering the Saab life after a 10-year hiatus. I knew I had something special, but I was once again impressed with the response from my Saabnet classified. Interest poured in from CA, CO, MA, NY, VT, and WA.

I'll continue to be a frequent visitor to Saabnet since it might be the best corner of the internet.
