If you were near the top of your UG class, go to Grad school. I have seen many very smart students lured away by the short term attraction of $$. When I speak to them after a few years they always regret the decision. A word of warning: grad school is much thougher than UG school, there is no free-lunch, so if you struggled a bit as an UG a job may be a good choice.
