If you have the opportunity, and aren't sick of school yet, then by all means, jump on the grad school opportunity. Not only will the financials help, as pmr noted, but as the bachelors degree gets more and more common, the MS will put you in a more advantageous position.
The PhD is another story, though. You would have to really want that to make the 4-6 year sacrifice.
I worked for almost 6 years before going back for my MSME and don't regret it. The quality of work that is available to me is worlds better than I had with my BSME.
