In the early 90's I saw 2 cases setteled in Northern Ca (Humboldt county) An individual sued BrakeClean and they settled for several thousand. Because using their product to clean his brakes did not fix the leaking brake fluid from a caliper he "fixed" himself and "caused him to drive his car" into a 150 year old redwood tree. The worst was an individual who sued a home owner (and his insurance paid) because the accedent he was in (and charged with and convicted for DWI) was caused by a porch light that "blinded" him. Out of court setelment $350,000 to the drunk.
I guess if I don't want to fix my car or sleep or not drink and drive I should move back to sunny California.
