Hi,
What if it is the Sun or the Moon that temporarily blinds you? Who
would you sue then?
What if the bar owner gets sued by some drunk who gets in an accident
and blames it on the porch light being too bright, dims it and in
turn gets sued by another drunk who steps on a hyperdermic needle and
blames THAT on the porch light being too dim?
It will never end. This whole thing should have stopped with people
slipping on side-walks and spilling coffee on themselves.
thanks
Jae
