Here in New Orleans on a busy two lane road a bar has a porch light that blinds you as you approach and that robs you of your night vision once you pass. I've almost hit a parked car a few times because of it. I've complained, and nothing's changed. If I were involved in an accident there and the light played a factor, I would sue the bar ASAP.
