Listening to the Columbia spawned discussions on the space program, I learned that WD40 is a by product of the program, as are zipped locked plastic bags. What were the spiders supposed to do ?
Interesting times ahead for the manned space program. Chuck Yeager will always be the man in my eyes, his auto-bio was good reading, and what a scene from the "Right Stuff" flick, Yeager walking out of the desert, face singed, helmet in hand, pillars of thick black smoke from his crashed plane in the background.
Seems to be all quiet on the DI front, except for the occasional unlucky soul who loses one in the "off season". One good data point from the poll was the number of incidents within the warranty period, has me wondering what the annual aggregate cost of replacement is to Saab.
