Hey Jase,

You have very finely tuned senses. You can figure out that your brother
filled up at Mobil by smell of exhaust and you can hear the oil filter
bypass valve click?!? :-)

Was there a lot of gunk in the oil filter?

Thanks again for the pictures. By the way, Blackstone finally got
me the oil sampling kit. So, virgin oil analysis of Saab fully
synthetic 0W-30 is on its way. We thought that maybe factory fill
in our cars could have been 0W-40, 5W-30 _or_ 0W-30, right?

We shall see.
