Oh, I'm not surprised and I don't blame you. This guy who did the video seems to have a well equipped shop and a lift in his garage! That would be awful to do crawling under the car for each plug!!

What is funny though... the Subaru owners here that I've observed are like, "oh, ok, well maybe it's time to buy a new one then" (of course they never look beyond Subaru)... so I suspect the dealer is all to happy to sell them a new car and take in the old one (that just needs plugs) in trade! It seems unusual to find a dealer who wants to keep repair costs low, though you might think that would be important to build a customer relationship that yields return customers. I saw a Ford Focus the other day with a big sign in the rear window that read "Buy A Honda!"... ha! Somehow that is not the way Subaru owners react... They're kind of passionate in a way, which I suppose is good, kind of...
