I think this list is correct, except I'm not positive that #2 and #3 are actually different AWD systems, just different implementations of the same thing. I'm reasonably sure that Subaru basically has the manual AWD, automatic AWD, and the STi system - but don't quote me on that. :)
To add to your list of systems, don't forget the Alfa Romeo "Viscomatic" system, which was incredibly complex and incredibly advanced, especially for the time. It had a front viscous coupling with an hydraulic pump to alter slip, an epicyclic center differential and a Torsen rear diff. It could send 100% torque front or rear, and left or right. It was a $34m AWD system... and absolutely nuts.
