Here's how it breaks down for the US:
1991-1993: Base, L, & S editions. All used the 3.0 liter, 12-valve motor but the S had higher output mainly from cams. The L was geared more towards luxury and the S was the Sport edition that came with better seats, body cladding, brakes, exhaust, electronically adjustable suspension, manual trans only and a few other goodies. Base was discontinued for 1992 I believe due to low sales.
1994-1995: LS and Q editions. Both use the 3.0 liter, 24-valve motor (210 hp for the LS and 230 for the Q). The Q is very rare (~100 or so sold) and has similar upgrades like the previous S editions had. The Q4, an all-wheel drive edition, was never officially imported to the US but there are 2 or 3 here. 1995 was the last year for Alfa in the US and very few cars were sold that year; only a couple hundred LS and a hand full of the Q.
