I'm trying to think of what bulbs there are in the 500, and there certainly are a lot of LEDs. I don't think the turn/park/stop lights are LED, but I think all of the interior indicator lights are. The dome/map lights are not I don't think. The "instrument cluster" is just a big TFT - I was worried about that at night, but it's no problem.
Thinking of things I on cars to keep them up, a significant part of that work is ICE or transmission related - fluid changes, spark plugs, filters, gasket & seal changes, sensors, emission equipment, etc. That stuff just doesn't exist on an electric. There is a liquid thermal management system that keeps the batteries and motor at an appropriate temperature, but it's well-sealed and won't suffer from the contamination or heat from an ICE and should last a good long time. There are CVs and wheel bearings, but everything inboard is radically simplified - the drive motor and a few electrically driven pumps (AC, water). Not much going on there...
