But most of the power needs to come from engine rpm.
I spoke with SD about this car and it's limiting to 8500 rpm with a custom cam and 2.1+ liter displacement. the engine management was custom and so were the solid lifters (have same on my turbo 9000). They were toying with larger intake valves at the time I spoke with them but the power almost a year ago was 217 for enduro track racing.
I think everyone's been sold a bill of goods that non turbo cars can't do much.
