That the NEW Mitsu Evolution 2.0L, 16V DOHC w/271 hp also comes stock with some sort of cockpit controlable INTERCOOLER SPRAYER SYSTEM? This car should be good for mid 5 second 0-60 times and complete the 1/4 mile right about 14.3 seconds. Also it's pushing 19 PSI by the way.
Personally I think the car doesn't look like all that much and for the $28,000 entry price I don't see them selling alot of them.
Also, the NEW WRX-STi is clammed to be making 300hp and 300 trq out of it's increased 2.5 liter engine, 6 speed tranny and it's all wheel drive. It's gonna be pretty impressive I think but they're talking about even more money here, say $32,000 over a standard WRX at $24,000. If a standard WRX can manage 14.2 second in the quarter, then what will this thing be running? Looks like mid 13's, maybe 13.5 or better. That's crazy fast!
Now I know our Saabs aren't the quickest/fastest cars on the planet, but I think for 1/4 of what they're asking for those machines($7,000-$8,000), anyone could make a SAAB just as fast/quick.
Impressed with what these cars are capable of. YES!
Impressed with those prices? I don't think so......
See Ya,
Phil
