Please tell me more. The spec for the gap is 1.0 mm give or take 0.1 mm. In other words anywhere from 0.9 to 1.1 mm is within spec.
0.9 mm is 0.035433", which I round up to 0.036". The gap gets wider with use.
A wider gap means a bigger spark. Is that why .038 inches is a better gap setting?
