sure, who doesn't want more power and less weight, but....
My Aero has enough power, and FWD works pretty well with it.
My boss has a 2000 528i, and an older Miata. The other day he mentioned a FWD rental and how bad the torque steer was. Prompted me on the way home to find a straight level stretch of road, take hands off wheel, no torque steer. Try strong acceleration (not full pedal) with wheel turned, didn't really notice torque steer.
Now, FWD will let you down when pushing hard in turns, and you can't slide the rear in turns (like I really miss that, i wish I did, but I live in the real world).
Do the rest of you 9-5 guys experience terrible torque steer?
