I'd submit that one of your cars should be a minivan or something with a third row at the very least. Even though they'll fit in your Jeep, it's still too small. You don't say how old your kids are but I can tell you they can get pretty hefty before they out grow cars seats, then it's booster seats which aren't much easier. Wrestling a child into that middle seat over the outboard seat will become a major pain in the rear end. As they get older they start interacting and then squabbling--and they'll be inches from each other. The older they get the more you haul them--day care school, sports, other activities. All the in and out will kill you. A Tahoe or something with a third row will work but access can still be an issue. Imagine walking up with a kid in one hand and a diaper bag in the other (times 3). You hit a button on the key fob and this huge door slides open automatically. You just about walk right in. Each child has a captains chair with lots of space to buckle them in and out. I'm not a big fan of them but after a long weekend with our grandchildren it's sheer functionality charmed the heck out of me. Get a minivan and drive the Jeep to work.
