That looks like a nice little package with onboard logging, makes things convenient.
One thing to keep in mind is that most of the popular wideband controllers have the ability to output a 'simulated' narrow-band signal, from 0-1v from the single wide-band sensor that will plug into the ECU signal wire for 02 sensor.
That lets you thread the single wide-band sensor into your one upstream 02 bung and connect the wideband controller to where the stock sensor would go so the ECU is happy without welding in another bung, or for moving the controller back and forth between cars.
I can't tell from the quick look at the Daytona site whether or not it does that, but Innovate, PLX, AEM I think all do.
On customer's cars that are getting dialed in I just weld in another bung and put a plug in it just to be safe, but that's not always an option for DIY people.
