I did the engine air filter on our '04 Arc wagon with no problems, with 60K coming up soon. I only did the 4 screws on the filter housing, and it takes a little extra "turn & tilt," but is still a completely straightforward replacement. The Rhino Ramps also make this a breeze. Going to do the cabin air filter next...the replacement part is sitting in a box in the garage. I had it to the dealer yesterday to do the serpentine belt, so I had them do the fuel filter and plugs, too (I've done plugs on the 2.3 engine in other cars, but since it's still on warranty....). That looks to pretty much take care of the 60K stuff......doesn't seem to be any cooling system flush any more at this mileage.
