Ok...I just looked up my quote from my mechanic for the brake booster
job; just shy of $800. Not bad if the I didn't need other work also.
I also read your writeup on how to change it. It sounds about do-able with my skill. The only questions I have is connecting the brake shaft
back on and keeping it the same length. Could you expand on that a little? It sounds like it may be the way to go provide I don't mess it up
and put it back on incorrectly.
