Adding a bit more info as I have been chasing down bulb sources.
It appears that the OEM bulbs are 4300K, 35W - True?

SOme ppl have reported that when they changed to 5000K,(which is a 'whiter with a hint of blue' bulb)the visibility was better. Which is a bit strange because when I looked up the specs of the osram bulbs, the 5000K temp bulbs have a low LUMEN rating than the 4300K.

Pretty much universal agreement that the 6000K bulbs are way too blue and everyone hated them.

From Temp charts I've seen, 4200k-4800K is the white range.
