The Halogens are "Flash to Pass" They come on with the high beam activation when the Xenon's are off. This is because the Xenon's are useless to flash someone. I am pretty sure you have to pull the daytime running light fuse with this set up.
My 03 Aero I bridged the orange relay so that the halogens came on with the high beam activation all the time, even with the Xenon's on. It is pretty good at night this way.
My 06 Aero did not have halogens mounted, so no "flash to pass" I got some H7 mounts to secure H7's in the inner headlights. I got a foglight relay and used it to energize the power to the newly mounted H7's. So now i have them both. You don't realize how much you miss the ability to flash your headlights until after you lose that capability.
