You need to pull your Daytime Running Light Fuse. That way, the Xenons are not continuosly on.
The relay mod allows the H7 high beams to be on when the Xenons are on high beam. Ordinarily the H7 are just there for flash to pass, as the Xenons aren't suited to the task.
