I'll try to figure out how the make the lights work the way I think they should...
DRL H7s only
Light switch to turn the xeons OFF-ON
Low beam with xeons + DLRs and foglights on (if desired)
High beam with (or without) DLRs , with or without foglights - what ever I think illuminates best.

Will probably end up adding a relay or two to accomplish this.
