With the limited towing capacity, I doubt that you'll find a Class II.
I installed a Draw-Tite on my 2002 SW, and a Curt on my current 2007 SC. They install differently, neither one requiring drilling, but I'd do the Curt over the Draw-Tite.
Neither install was too tough.
The bad thing is GM eliminating the wiring harness included on the earlier models. I bought an universal, switched harness from U-Haul for my '07. Don't try to wire without one, otherwise you'll experience "weird" electrical problems with your lights.
