That's quite some nasty bearings. Hopefully the balance shaft bearings are ok or are you planning to cut the chain and pull it out?
You need to loosen all main bearing caps somewhat but not remove them all at once. That will drop the crank a hair and hope the rear main seal is not old enough but to be able to take the slight drop without starting to leak later on.
Then poking out the shell with the guide dent first rotating it around the main journal and get the new one in and placed correctly so the dent gets into place.
